I am...

a highly motivated, creative and energetic professional marketer. I am an Illustrator, a Graphic Designer, a Web Designer, a Marketing Specialist, a Video Editor, and Digital Illustrator.

My trip through the marketing and advertising career path has taken me to many unexpected places, from creative design, direction and leadership to expansive marketing, advertising and public relations. Over the years, I have fine-tuned my skills in creative concepting, media buying, branding, budgeting, community involvement and marketing strategy implementation.

    Developed visual communication for top regional accounts for the newspaper. Incorporated marketing knowledge and design skills to create branding that would be used throughout all aspects of the clients advertising efforts to include all media.Interviewed, hired, trained and led design team of ten. Liaison between clients, design teams and sales team. Delegated work responsibility, supervised creative and production processes. Implemented efficiency strategies, training and development programs as well as evaluated job performance. Developed and implemented incentive based compensation program for design personnel.
